East India Future Foundation, together with CMB Productions and Dream ARCONS, today announced the North East India Real Estate & Infrastructure Summit (NEIRIS) 2026, to be held from 4–6 December 2026 at the Maniram Dewan Trade Center, Guwahati.
The summit is expected to draw 8,000–10,000 visitors, 150+ exhibitors, 300+ delegates and 100+ VIPs from across all eight Northeast states as well as Pan-India and international companies, making it the region's largest platform dedicated to real estate, infrastructure and construction.
“Together, we are creating platforms that connect Government, Industry, Investors and Communities to accelerate the economic development of Northeast India,” said the organisers.
Strategic location under the Act East Policy, rising urbanisation and strong government focus on the Ashtalakshmi Vision are converging to make Northeast India a priority investment destination.
NEIRIS 2026 will host a dedicated Startup Pavilion connecting ConTech, PropTech, green building and construction-technology ventures with investors, government and industry.
